Remarks:

The Cassette versions were released in 2014 by Artoffact Records in Canada and distributed by Storming The Base. Each of the 8 different colours (Black, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Silver, White, Transparent, Red and Metallic Red) were limited to 150 copies each. The same cassettes were then licensed to Melting Bot in Japan - with the addition of an OBI. It is unknown whether the 150 copies are a worldwide number (including Japan), or just the initial Canadian pressings?
