got home at 4am this morning, got taxi from gig to home £45.
tried discussion board this afternoon - no chance.
will sort out a report tomorrow when my head is free of alcohol. i've been down pub watching footy again.
yes Graham did sing on 606 (using a kraftwerk style vocoder), Bjork was in the audience (carlos got her autograph afterwards & i said a little hello - mentioning G-Mex).
Souflex introduced himself to me, then realising he chatted to Graham just before they came on stage!
Alabama 3 were there but no Guy Garvey or Simian. New Drummer & what a fine drummer he was - Patrick Illingworth (and yes he's another baldy).
track listing was 1, DOCTORS & NURSES. 2, COBRA BORA. 3, CROSSWORD. 4, IN YER FACE. 5, WHEATSTRAW. 6, PACIFIC. 7, BOOGIEMAN. 8, LONG ORANGE. 9, 606. 10, QUINCY'S LUNCH. 11, CUBIK.
went backstage thanx 2 circus records guy (sorry didnt know name),
met Darren, Andy & Graham, then met Markus's friend LIVEWIRE.
beforehand was chatting to Larry Love from Alabama 3 in the main hall, couldn't stop saying NO CHILL OUT! (he drinks Tequila & Orange)!
thats off my head for now - waiting for carlos's description!

Once again there were some no-hopers who had never even heard of 808 state, poor guys, they don't know what they're missing!
Will be meeting up with Pete soon to sort out a proper report soon, but other than that not much more to report.
NO CHILL OUT!!

NME review?
Has anyone seen a review in the NME? Could someone post it here? Knowing the NME it will be rubbish, just wondering.
