Thanks for clearing that up. I figured that a few whites slipped out without the purple sticker. Cheers.

Oh I know what the sleeve credits say, but I'm going off what Martin told me at the time. I was around Irlam quite a lot when they were doing "2", and it was only Martin and Neale there. I think I saw Ste there once at that time, but he was only visiting, didn't stay long and didn't contribute to the music.

Well that's the version I was given. I never saw a copy with an actual white label, though I've seen pictures of one.

But despite the Cadbury parody purple label, I meant that it was a "white label" in the sense that it was a promotional 12", self-financed and self-released (yes, it might say "Gash 1" on the label, but there was never a Gash Records) in limited numbers.

Hope this clarifies my previous post?
