Karvel

Post by Ancodia »

I'm sure I've mentioned it many times before on this forum, but ' Karvel' is an absolutely fantastic track and not just because it was co-written by one Mr G Massey.

Debut for nostalgic reasons.

The best track is Venus As A Boy (she sings quite a lot of Icelandic in that).

Or maybe Big Time and Human Behavour.

Oh gosh well I love the Debut album... I gotta say Anchor song... even though there is no mix of electro and horns... I wish there were more horns in electronic music .... ala Nitzer Ebb and lightning man :)

Bjork tends to attract some strange people. Although strictly speaking not quite correct, I'm moving this to the 'music' forum instead of '808state'.

I just got it... she uses a choir quite extensively. The electronic parts are much more part of the background.

I'll post more after I listen to it a few times

I've got Medulla. i'm digging it.
the triumph of a heart, the oriental vocal track,
who is it? Bjork does it again

Would like to hear an 808 remix of
a Medulla track

volta.
i like the rhythms on the album,
and the tracks are in good sequence.
the mark bell mix at the end is very nice.
im more into this than i was initially for medulla.

i saw björk in san francisco in may.
it was very nice-brought a tear to my eye, it did.

honestly though-i was happier to see mark bell there!
he mixed lfo freak into a björk tune late in the set-it was full on!
i was so fookin exited-i nearly pissed myself! LFO
