5000 postings and counting... (make that 10'000)

Thought I'd take the honour of the 5000th posting on this forum. Here are some stats:

It's been just under three years since we started the new-style forum. In this time we've had more than 300 registered users, over 1000 topics (almost 1 a day), making up 5000 postings (almost 5 a day). Not bad for an 'unhip' band.

Damn i'm in 5th spot, only 8 behind mark.

i don't expect to get into the top 3 as they are the moderators! (bit like arsenal, chelsea & man u) - so i class myself as maybe everton or middlesbro!

At least we have a good team of regulars here, its nice to see that 808 still remain popular.

Top 'respekk' to one of the greatest techno bands ever. Just thought...808 will be roughly 20 years old in 3 years! We should organise a convention!

I'm all for a 12 hour rave on 08.08.2008. 808 state plus special guests. 808 state do 2 x 2 hours sets going through all their material, plus there will be DJ's, foam, strobes, sexy women and pinocolada's all round

August 8th 2008 does fall on a Friday so thats a good day for a rave, even better August 8th is the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic games, so that could tie in quite well with an 'Olympic' performance.
