This is the only ZTT 808 album that has never seen a re-release!

01 The Only Rhyme That Bites
02 This Ain't No Fantasy
03 Dance Yourself To Death
04 Own Worst Enemy
05 The North At Its Heights
06 Tunes Splits The Atom
07 Mancunian Blues
08 The Sequel
09 Primary Rhyming
10 Dub At Its Heights
CD 2 proposals:
Dance Yourself To Death (5:38 ). Unique 1989 version from very hard to find 'License to Thrill' Soundtrack (Cassette only!).

When submitting your ideas, it helps if you mention why your proposal should be on the bonus disc and if possible the running time of the track.

Definetly. I love the fact that 808 where first with the sample made famous on Unfinished Sympathy.Mark wrote:Got to have the Creamatomic versions of Tunes Splits.... And I like the Marley mix of DYTD.
Don't forget the instrumental DYTD (Bassless). Cruel.
Primary Rhyming single release versions, on the other hand, are lousy compared to album version. Trouble with the guitar sample I assume. But perhaps they should go on respecting the project.
And Pump could be relevant too, due MC Tunes collaboration.
Put it on both. Each double CD pack should be the ultimate release of their era or theme in case of the Tunes stuff.
Likewise. Pacific State is on Quad CD, but should be on 90 bonus CD as well.
The Message-A-Rama double is one Newbuild bonus CD, you could call Prebuild. But I would say they definetly belong on a Quadrastate bonus CD too. In the originally released versions.

Re: The North At Its Heights re-issue bonus disc proposals
I realised I had a transfer of this on an MP3 CDR made in 98. Noisy but blinding.markus wrote:Dance Yourself To Death (5:38 ). Unique 1989 version from very hard to find 'License to Thrill' Soundtrack (Cassette only!).

Wasn't there also a version of "Dance Yourself To Death" performed on a TV Show (Other Side Of Midnight?) which would be nice?

I will take a close check again.Pete wrote:the 12" bites is far superior to the the one on the cd single and 808:98 album - big difference!
I don't care. It belongs on MC Tunes bonus CD.Pete wrote:pump was 95 / 96, wouldn't fit with 90 material (as markus stated)
Likewise Olympic 93 is Ex:El extra. In my book.
"Unknown to a lot of people, Nicky did master another album prior to him and ZTT and the parting of the ways. The title was to have been 'Damage by Stereo' and none of the tracks have ever been heard beyond immediate family. We have converted the tape to CD format and intend putsome of the tracks on this site. So look out for that.To purchase this musical gem contact this site."
So, quite a bit of unreleased stuff as well...
