Definately the following:

Global State (I really hope its included)
IYF - Vigo live version (Closer to DS)
Fuzz Nasty - Live at Vigo
Bonded

If Bonded and chisler were Jap bonus tracks - why not include them on the album (maximizing the release) As long as the album finishes with banacheq as its a belting end!!

Balboa - Paranormal mix or even better a demo version would be tops - what a huge track!

Goa
Blackrod (is Celestine - what a bombshell)
(Perhaps the two above tracks could be at either end of the CD due to similar characteristics).

Lopez - no regret full legnth (edit only on the single). Like the idea of the BBC instrumental version aswell though.

Cubik 98 - perhaps even a live version of cubik 98 as it would be great for us fans and it rocks and would show everyone else that 808 can rock!

I dont think we need to include pacific 98. Relay was covered in state to state 2. And I think that Pump would have to be a very different or special mix to warrant inclusion.

The following hopefully as well:

Mondonet (would fit well into album if room)
Variations... - belting track!
Baton Rouge (fits in well with album as well)
Minton - real beefey track!

Crash and Rollerball perhaps good tracks if theres room and chisler if not on the album.

My opinion of outside mixes is 808 mixes are more important. But I fully understand why there is a need for the sure is pure mix, and perhaps it should be included? - although personally I would rather see the one from thermo kings included for credibility of the Bonus CD release as its a great track.

As long as Global state, IYF vigo version and Fuzznasty live vigo version and perhaps the full version of lopez no regreats are on the bonus or evn only one of them is on there I WILL BE CHUFFED AS MONKEYS BUYING IT!!!!!

I know but there the closest to DS and perhaps im not a pureist but I would rather have CD quality releases of those tracks than keep everything nice and neat. I can see where youre coming from though but its close enough to DS for me.

bonus discs

Post by j the teacher »

I'm a bit confused....Will the bonus discs only be available with purchase of a album or will they be offered separately on this site. Not sure if I want to double up on what I already have.....

Listing now in the main compilation. I've made a separation of tracks that were exclusive on one compilation (e.g. charity tracks) and ones that were exclusive, but later appeared on Thermo Kings with different remix names, but were in fact the same mixes. Still don't like that they did that, probably the idea of some clever record company person?). Also let's remember that Thermo Kings was not a Japanese exclusive, but also was released in the USA.
