Well spotted, out today by the looks of it. Actually it's a bit hard to think of any tune on there that one has not already got in ones collection ;) Interesting though how often the 808 track is track 8 on compilations :-) If you're pushed between this and the Discotheque Hacienda compilation, I'd go for the latter. Anyhow, I'm moving this to the 808 State topic, as 808 are on the compilation.

Not a bad album really. Two slices of 808 and a bit of Gerald to boot.

Its amazing what a stint in celebrity big brother can do for you isn't it?
C'mon Graham, you'd be a cool housemate!

Yeah – I count only about twenty Manchester-derived tracks on this Manchester compilation. You'd think a name such as "The future sound of London" might be a bit of a this-act-is-not-from-Manchester giveaway, wouldn't you?

Got it. It's the Pacific 707 version.

And how about a laugh.

PS. Just how corny is Candy Flip? They have lifted the Funky Drummer loop from a very scuffy vinyl. Talk about homemade music.

LOL! I'm not surprised it's the non-tv version. :D

I'm sure that was the version they actually put out as, despite the swear words, it was the cleanest take of all :)

I guess. Screamadelica is definetly a Manchester LP for me.
