Re: Pornography white label
Ah, apologies - cheers for clearing it up.Mr Maureen wrote:Its a purple label stuck on top of a white label, end of.
Oh I know what the sleeve credits say, but I'm going off what Martin told me at the time. I was around Irlam quite a lot when they were doing "2", and it was only Martin and Neale there. I think I saw Ste there once at that time, but he was only visiting, didn't stay long and didn't contribute to the music.Mr Maureen wrote:Dill was also involved with Pornography.
Steve Caton worked on all the Switzerland stuff.Check out the sleeve credits.
Anyone know Dill's wherabouts?

Re: Pornography white label
Well that's the version I was given. I never saw a copy with an actual white label, though I've seen pictures of one.nickking wrote:Ah, but what about this?Zenarchy wrote:The LMG / LMGSM white label was the only thing they did - and it was a white label - it never got a "proper" release as far as I know.
But despite the Cadbury parody purple label, I meant that it was a "white label" in the sense that it was a promotional 12", self-financed and self-released (yes, it might say "Gash 1" on the label, but there was never a Gash Records) in limited numbers.
Hope this clarifies my previous post?
