Brown Sauce is a great track, pings along nicely, with a chunky bassline and funky guitar hook, along with some nice bits of string. Its quite hard to describe as you can probably appreciate!!!

Brown Sauce

My favorite 4 tracks happen to be the bonus tracks on the US release. I love the drum beat in Brown Sauce. Is it just me or do a lot of the tracks on OT sound a bit Jazzish (Black morpheous style)?

im yet to hear brown sauce yet.....but i really dont understand why the title has to suck so much. Some of the track titles of late have been terrible. Not that its relevant, but i just thought it was worth mentioning....

Played mine today for the first time.

I'd agree the stand out tracks are the bonus additions. Although Quincy and Long Orange don't have the same impact as the original versions, they still kick a punch and have been re-worked with good effect.

Brown Sauce is a real grower and has elements of "Crossword" entwined in its sample. Have you spotted it ?

My live favourite is "Doctors and Nurses" so I was really chuffed to finally hear it on CD, although It's no rival for the live version, it still hits the spot.

Funny how Wheatstraw sounds weak live yet awesome on CD, yet Doctors and Nurses sounds mega live compared to average on CD.

Finally got my US OT, what an excellant track Brown Sauce is, funky, jazzy and heavy, a true slice of classic 808. Great to get Doctors and Nurses too!
Just gotta through some bacon on the grill now...
