Outpost Transmission - My Review

Post by GloomNipple »

Unequivocably 2nd best to Utd. State 90.

This is a masterpiece because there is so much more to this album than just dance music. Chopsumwong has so much depth and brilliance that I don't even know where to begin praising that song. It defies categorization, as does Suntower. And it's nice to hear songs done in something other than 4-4 time. 606 is 808's best vocal track ever. The only song that seems to be weak is 'Bent' and perhaps only because every other song is so strong.

This album is sheer genius for so many reasons. I get the same feeling listening to this album as I did back when I first heard Utd. State 90 and realized that I was hearing things I'd never heard before.

I have not seen or heard one bad review in the US yet.

Seems the US rates music as apposed to the UK who rate according to who is the flavour of the month.

Buy the UK version too you will love YoYo-an 808 classic.
Shame it is not on the US album.
