You must be joking. I thought they all still lived in Manchester.

Wow.

Thanks Markus.

Will that be up for eternity ?
(No speakers at the moment)

Quality set-still like to see 'Nimbus' reappear in some form.
Still can't complain.

It's an external link (the festival's site), so don't know how long the files will be there. The audio is high quality, the video obviously less, but it's great to see the video - close up camera work.
:D :) :( :-? 8) :x :P

Great set, Quincy sounds immense, whilst In Yer Face, Pacific and Cubik still sound as good as ever. Boogieman also sounds cool with some extra fuzz thrown in. Top stuff.

Love those vocals Graham! Perhaps we'll see you become the official band singer ala Keith Flint????

Just my OLD computer, when I click PLAY for the audio or video it doesn't do anything, I downloaded the NEW Windows Player 9 last night which took 1.5 hours (thats how crap my comp is), it then said it wouldn't access it because I need Windows 98 second edition minimum. I didn't know there was a second edition, anyway I've only got the first.

Realplayer works fine.

I tried it on Windows 98 first edition, and it works. Strangely enough it even works with Windows Media Player 7, just needed to download a small codec.
Anyway, yes, sometimes it doesn't work, but I think that is due to network congestion. Just try several times at different times of day. Because it's worth it.

I like it, with stand out tunes for me being Doctors and Nurses, Long Orange, Quincy, Cubik not forgeting Pacific. 606 was ok but I think G on the vocoder is not so strong...I don't think it works (for me I mean). And Cobra Bora sounded like shit I thought.

I see 808 (in the last 2 years?) go for a grungy type of live set with a lot of guitar riffs and feed back type noises through the tunes...while I love the guitar on some tunes they do I think they also use it a little to much live, I think the same could be said for Darrens MC'ing, while at times it is euphoric it can also be a little bit much ( I find myself saying shut up you c**t).

I went to see Underworld last weekend in London, they on the other hand play their albums pretty much like what you listen to on the CD, studio sound. Again this for me has it's good points but also it's draw backs. I like the way the bass line is clearer and the synths they use can be heard properly in all their glory, but it can also leave me feeling a little to much digital and not enough expression if you catch my drift.

Excuse me for rambling on, I know my tech talk sucks, I guess I am just trying to weigh up in my mind what the f*** I like best...the studio sound of Underworld versus the sometimes over indulgent side of 808stae playin live.
